How do I enroll in a course?

It’s easy to enroll in any course you see listed here. Just pick the course and click Register. You will then be prompted to log in if you already have an account, or create an account if you are a new learner.


How do I create an account?

Click on the Create an Account button in the upper right-hand corner of any page within the site.


How do I begin my course?

Once you register for the course, you will be asked automatically if you want to start the course right away. If you do not, and you log into the site at a later time, click on My Account to see links to your registered courses. From there, you will be able to select the course by clicking the Launch button next to it.


How long will I have access to the course?

While any of the courses available through the site are quite short (less than 15 minutes), you will have access to the courses through the end of 2017. You are welcome to go back into the courses as often as you wish.


Will I receive a certificate of completion for the course?

Unfortunately, none of the courses available include certificates of completion at this time.


I cannot view content in a course or have some other technical issue, what do I do?

We try to keep the course experience easy and simple, so you should have no issues. However, if you do run into a technical difficulty, feel free to review our Bridge guides for help.
